SoundSync does not currently offer a commerce-platform migration or assisted import service.
No migration service is currently offered
SoundSync does not currently offer a migration service or an assisted import from another commerce platform. Existing-customer transfers should not be assumed to preserve licenses, subscriptions, consent, or payment history automatically.
Package upgrades are different
HISE/JUCE package upgrades or configuration regeneration are not a transfer of customers and commerce from another platform. Follow the package guide for package-specific compatibility; do not assume payment mandates or marketing consent can be imported.
