Email Sending Domains
Verify the sending identity separately from the storefront domain.
Sender authentication is its own setup
Email sending domains establish the provider-authenticated sender used by supported campaigns and customer communication. A connected storefront hostname and its SSL certificate do not prove mail-domain verification.
Use a domain you control, a monitored reply-to inbox, and the sender identity shown by Brand Manager. Do not select someone else's domain or assume an arbitrary From address can be accepted.

Verify the records
-
Choose the sender domain
Open the email-domain setup for your developer brand.
-
Copy the provided DNS records
Use the exact provider records and record names. Preserve existing MX and unrelated records.
-
Verify
Review each required record and current verification status. DNS propagation and provider checks can take different amounts of time.
-
Preview and test
Check From name, verified email, Reply-To, footer, and links with an allowed test message.
-
Monitor outcomes
Review provider failures, bounces, complaints, and suppression rather than repeatedly sending to rejected addresses.
