Guide
Marketplace Listing and Visual Assets
Prepare product listing data and approve the visual assets used for different marketplace placements.
Publish a complete product listing
Marketplace discovery uses product and developer information, category/search data, media, pricing, deals, and supported ownership/review context. Keep the product's storefront destination, delivery, support, and publication state consistent.
A listing is not a guarantee of a placement, traffic, or sales. SoundSync's established customer ecosystem is not an unrestricted mailing list.

Prepare placement assets
-
Review source assets
Use product imagery you are entitled to publish. Keep customer records and credentials out of source artwork.
-
Organize and extract
Use the supported source-asset organization/extraction workflow and inspect its result.
-
Set profile, masks, and templates
Choose the intended product representation and placement-specific presentation.
-
Render and review
Inspect generated jobs and previews rather than assuming a successful job produces suitable artwork.
-
Approve the right asset
Review approval status for the placement. Replacements, restores, and deletion are deliberate changes to published media.
-
Check the customer marketplace
Inspect the real homepage, category/search, collection, and product views after publishing.
Different placements need different crops
A homepage hero, product tile, and another marketplace placement can require different framing. Use placement-specific previews and the actual product image instead of relabeling the same generic dashboard mockup.
Marketplace sales use the same single 10% SoundSync fee for managed checkout. External partner fulfillment is a different commercial path.
