AI-Assisted Tools and Data Use
Draft assistance with developer review, consent boundaries, and precautions for sensitive information.

Assistance, not autonomous sending
AI tools can help prepare product descriptions, campaign drafts, subject ideas, preview text, rewrites, and promotion plans. Developers review the output and choose whether to publish or send it. Generated copy is not a promise of sales or email performance.
The configured AI integration
The product, storefront, and marketing assistance integrations use Google Gemini when those features are enabled. Submitted instructions and relevant product or campaign context can be sent to that provider to produce the requested draft or asset. Review the input before requesting assistance.
Consent still controls the audience
An AI-generated campaign must follow the same contact ownership, consent, unsubscribe, and suppression rules as a manually written campaign. AI assistance does not grant access to additional customer information.
Keep sensitive information out of prompts
Do not submit passwords, API secrets, full serials, payment details, or unnecessary customer records. Review the relevant provider and privacy disclosures before submitting confidential material; no blanket provider-training or data-residency promise is made here.
Review facts before publishing
Check pricing, discounts, compatibility, product rights, availability, and legal claims. The developer remains responsible for the content sent or published under their brand.
